When can I take out cancellation insurance with the COVID extension ?
When you make your reservation, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to add it once the stay has been created.
How much does it cost?
The cancellation insurance costs 4% of the amount of the stay with a minimum of 25€. The COVID extension is free of charge! The cancellation insurance with the COVID extension will therefore be at the same price as the classic basic cancellation insurance.
What will I be reimbursed for in the event of a generalized lockout exclusively taken care of by Aloa Vacances ?
With the money back guarantee, you will be reimbursed for the full amount paid** excluding the cost of cancellation insurance and administration fees.
How can I be reimbursed in the event of a generalized lockdown exclusively handled by Aloa Vacances ?
In case of a generalized confinement, please send an email to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject GENERALIZED CONFINEMENT. Our teams will process your file within 45 days after sending the email with the correct subject. Supporting documents will be requested.
What to do in case of unforeseen circumstances or impediment related to COVID ?
When the insurance coverage is in question, the insured must imperatively notify Gritchen Toledo and Associates in writing of any claim that could lead to a claim within 10 working days (reduced to two working days in case of theft). These deadlines run from the moment the insured is aware of the loss that could lead to the implementation of the guarantee. After this period, the insured will be deprived of any right to compensation if the delay has caused damage to the Company. To declare spontaneously to Gritchen Affinity the guarantees subscribed on the same risk with other insurers.
